سياسة الخصوصية

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصّة «بَصمة» (basma3d.shop) البيانات وتستخدمها وتحميها. «بَصمة» منصّةٌ تتيح للتجّار إنشاءَ متجرٍ فيه استوديو تصميمٍ ثلاثيّ الأبعاد، يصمّم فيه عملاؤهم منتجاتٍ مخصّصة (مثل الشموع) ويرسلون الطلب إلى التاجر.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

  • بيانات حساب التاجر: البريد الإلكترونيّ وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفّرةً ولا نطّلع عليها).
  • بيانات طلب الانضمام والمتجر: اسم العلامة التجاريّة، ورابط المتجر، ونبذةٌ عنه، والشعار، ورقم واتساب، وروابط حسابات التواصل الاجتماعيّ والموقع الإلكترونيّ — كما يُدخلها التاجر.
  • بيانات الطلبات: عندما يطلب عميلٌ من متجر تاجر نحفظ اسمه ورقم هاتفه وتفاصيل التصميم الذي اختاره والسعر، لكي تصل إلى التاجر.
  • الملفّات المرفوعة: صور المنتجات والمجسّمات ثلاثيّة الأبعاد والشعارات التي يرفعها التاجر أو المشرف.
  • بيانات تقنيّة ضروريّة: ملفّات تعريف الجلسة لإبقائك مسجّلًا، وتفضيلاتٌ تُحفظ في متصفّحك (مثل اللغة ومسوّدة التصميم). لا نستخدم أدوات إعلانات أو تتبّعٍ من أطرافٍ ثالثة.

٢. تسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل

  • يمكن للتاجر الدخول أو التسجيل بحساب جوجل. عند ذلك نطلب من جوجل الصلاحيّات الأساسيّة فقط (openid, email, profile).
  • نتلقّى من جوجل: عنوان بريدك الإلكترونيّ، واسمك، وصورة ملفّك الشخصيّ، ومعرّف حسابك لدى جوجل.
  • نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط لإنشاء حسابك في «بَصمة» وتسجيل دخولك إليه، ولتعبئة بريدك تلقائيًّا في طلب الانضمام، ولعرض اسمك وصورتك داخل لوحة التحكّم الخاصّة بك.
  • لا نصل إلى جهات اتّصالك أو بريدك (Gmail) أو ملفّاتك (Drive) أو تقويمك أو أيّ بياناتٍ أخرى في حساب جوجل، ولا نطلب ذلك.
  • لا نبيع بيانات جوجل ولا نشاركها مع أيّ طرفٍ ثالث، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعيّ.
  • يلتزم استخدام «بَصمة» للمعلومات المستلمة من واجهات Google API بسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلّبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).
  • يمكنك إلغاء وصول «بَصمة» إلى حسابك في أيّ وقت من: myaccount.google.com/permissions.

٣. كيف نستخدم البيانات

  • تشغيل المنصّة: إنشاء الحسابات، ومراجعة طلبات الانضمام واعتمادها، وعرض متجر التاجر لعملائه.
  • إيصال الطلبات: إرسال تصميم العميل وبياناته إلى التاجر صاحب المتجر (ويتواصل التاجر مع العميل عبر واتساب).
  • الأمان: منع إساءة الاستخدام، وحماية الحسابات، وتسجيل العمليّات الإداريّة الحسّاسة.
  • التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك أو طلبك أو اشتراكك.

٤. مشاركة البيانات

  • لا نبيع البيانات الشخصيّة.
  • بيانات الطلب تصل إلى التاجر الذي طلب منه العميل فقط، وكلُّ تاجرٍ يرى طلبات متجره وحده.
  • نستعين بمزوّدي خدماتٍ لتشغيل المنصّة فقط: Cloudflare (توصيل الموقع وحمايته)، وجوجل (تسجيل الدخول)، وPayPal (اشتراكات التجّار — لا نحفظ بيانات البطاقات).
  • قد نفصح عن بياناتٍ إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

٥. حماية البيانات وتخزينها

  • تُنقل البيانات مشفّرةً عبر HTTPS، وكلمات المرور مشفّرة، والوصول إلى البيانات مقيّدٌ بصلاحيّاتٍ على مستوى قاعدة البيانات بحيث لا يرى أيُّ تاجرٍ بيانات غيره.
  • نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام الحساب قائمًا، أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالتزاماتٍ قانونيّة.

٦. حقوقك وحذف بياناتك

  • يمكنك طلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك وبياناته بالكامل بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه، وننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
  • إن كنت عميلًا طلبت من متجر تاجر، يمكنك طلب حذف بيانات طلبك منّا أو من التاجر مباشرة.

٧. الأطفال

  • المنصّة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

٨. تغييرات هذه السياسة

  • قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ونغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، ونُبلغ التجّار بالتغييرات الجوهريّة.

This policy explains how Basma (basma3d.shop) collects, uses and protects data. Basma is a platform that lets merchants create a store with a 3D design studio, where their customers design customized products (such as candles) and send the order to the merchant.

1. Data we collect

  • Merchant account data: email address and password (stored hashed; we never see it).
  • Application and store data: brand name, store link, description, logo, WhatsApp number, social media and website links — as entered by the merchant.
  • Order data: when a customer orders from a merchant's store we store their name, phone number, the design they chose and the price, so it reaches the merchant.
  • Uploaded files: product images, 3D models and logos uploaded by merchants or admins.
  • Essential technical data: session cookies to keep you signed in, and preferences stored in your browser (such as language and design drafts). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking tools.

2. Sign in with Google

  • Merchants can sign in or sign up with their Google account. We request only the basic scopes: openid, email and profile.
  • From Google we receive: your email address, your name, your profile picture and your Google account identifier.
  • We use this data only to create your Basma account and sign you in, to pre-fill your email in the merchant application, and to show your name and picture inside your own dashboard.
  • We do not access your contacts, Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google account data, and we do not request it.
  • We do not sell or share Google user data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
  • Basma's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • You can revoke Basma's access to your account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. How we use data

  • Operating the platform: creating accounts, reviewing and approving merchant applications, and showing a merchant's store to their customers.
  • Delivering orders: sending the customer's design and details to the store's merchant (the merchant contacts the customer via WhatsApp).
  • Security: preventing abuse, protecting accounts and logging sensitive admin actions.
  • Contacting you about your account, order or subscription.

4. Sharing

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • Order data goes only to the merchant the customer ordered from; each merchant sees only their own store's orders.
  • We use service providers only to run the platform: Cloudflare (delivery and protection), Google (sign-in) and PayPal (merchant subscriptions — we never store card details).
  • We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Security and retention

  • Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and database-level access rules ensure no merchant can see another merchant's data.
  • We keep data while the account exists, or as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights and data deletion

  • You can request access to, correction of, or full deletion of your account and its data by emailing us at the address below. We complete requests within 30 days.
  • If you are a customer who ordered from a merchant's store, you can ask us or the merchant directly to delete your order data.

7. Children

  • The platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

  • We may update this policy, change the "Last updated" date above, and notify merchants of material changes.
