شروط الاستخدام

باستخدامك منصّة «بَصمة» (basma3d.shop) فإنّك توافق على هذه الشروط.

١. الخدمة

  • «بَصمة» تقدّم للتجّار متجرًا إلكترونيًّا باستوديو تصميمٍ ثلاثيّ الأبعاد يستقبل طلبات العملاء. التاجر هو البائع والمسؤول عن منتجاته وأسعاره وتنفيذ الطلبات والتواصل مع عملائه؛ و«بَصمة» ليست طرفًا في عمليّة البيع.

٢. الحسابات

  • يلتزم التاجر بتقديم بياناتٍ صحيحة والحفاظ على سرّيّة حسابه. تخضع طلبات الانضمام لمراجعة فريق «بَصمة» ويحقّ لنا قبولها أو رفضها.
  • روابط المتاجر يعتمدها المشرف، وبعض الأسماء محجوزةٌ للمنصّة.

٣. المحتوى

  • يحتفظ التاجر بملكيّة شعاره ومحتواه، ويمنح «بَصمة» إذنًا بعرضه لتشغيل متجره.
  • يُمنع رفع محتوى مخالفٍ للقانون أو منتهكٍ لحقوق الغير أو مسيء.

٤. الاشتراكات

  • قد تتطلّب بعض الخطط اشتراكًا مدفوعًا يُدار عبر PayPal، وتُوضَّح الأسعار قبل الاشتراك. لا تأخذ «بَصمة» عمولةً على مبيعات التاجر.

٥. الإيقاف

  • يحقّ لنا إيقاف أيّ متجرٍ أو حسابٍ يخالف هذه الشروط أو يسيء استخدام المنصّة.

٦. حدود المسؤوليّة

  • تُقدَّم المنصّة «كما هي». لا تتحمّل «بَصمة» مسؤوليّة المعاملات بين التاجر وعملائه، أو أيّ خسائر غير مباشرة ناتجةٍ عن استخدام المنصّة، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

  • يخضع جمع البيانات واستخدامها لسياسة الخصوصية: basma3d.shop/privacy

By using Basma (basma3d.shop) you agree to these terms.

1. The service

  • Basma gives merchants an online store with a 3D design studio that receives customer orders. The merchant is the seller and is responsible for their products, prices, fulfilment and customer communication; Basma is not a party to the sale.

2. Accounts

  • Merchants must provide accurate information and keep their account secure. Applications are reviewed by the Basma team and may be accepted or declined.
  • Store links are approved by an admin, and some names are reserved by the platform.

3. Content

  • Merchants keep ownership of their logo and content and grant Basma permission to display it to operate their store.
  • Unlawful, infringing or abusive content is not allowed.

4. Subscriptions

  • Some plans may require a paid subscription managed through PayPal; prices are shown before subscribing. Basma takes no commission on merchant sales.

5. Suspension

  • We may suspend any store or account that violates these terms or abuses the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

  • The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Basma is not liable for transactions between merchants and their customers or for indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Privacy

  • Data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy: basma3d.shop/privacy
